What to pay

Holding deposit- to apply for a property, we require a holding deposit of 1 week's rent. This will reserve the property while we conduct the necessary referencing and identity checks (which can take up to 15 days).

Returned cheques, dishonoured Standing Order payments and all rental payments in cash will incur a handling fee of £25.00 + VAT per item.

Late payment will be charged £25.00 + VAT each time.

Costs incurred due to lost keys will be charged at £50 per call out.
