We are also members of The Property Ombusdman who provide a free, impartial and independent service, resolving disputes between Consumers and Property Agents since 1990. If we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction via our complaints procedure, you can ask them to review the complaint and provide an independent viewpoint.
